Records Management provides search, security and revision control for all types of content and is a DoD 5015.2-certified application. Allowing business users to continue using their standard business applications, such as Microsoft® Office, IBM® Lotus SmartSuite, Sun StarOffice™ and Autodesk AutoCAD®, to author content. They can then easily contribute and access these secured files from their favourite Web browser interfaces. It enables users to easily search and retrieve content, such as draft policies and procedures, published content, e-mails, e-mail attachments, recorded seminars, and business records, from a single point of access.
